The Sigmund Foundation Scholarship and the Sigmund Scholarship for the Trades were established to provide financial assistance to needy residents of Jackson and Lenawee Counties in Michigan.

Graduating high school seniors, students already enrolled in college as full or part-time students or adult residents interested in furthering their undergraduate or trades educations are eligible to apply.

The scholarships of up to $5,000 can be renewed through the application process. Funds are restricted to tuition, books and related fees. Requirements and instructions can be found on each of the applications.

Not only have graduating high school students and returning college students won awards, but many adults from Lenawee and Jackson wishing to continue their education through traditional college or trades school settings have won scholarship funds as well.

Application Acceptance Dates: January 1 to April 15
